Take the Lead also conduct individual or group coaching sessions to employees on matters relating to Nutrition, Stress Management, Mindful eating, Lifestyle diseases (how they can be prevented and or managed through diet, nutrition and exercise ).Through Nutrition and Health Coach we assist, educate, motivate and support clients to embrace healthier choices and habits around food, exercise and manage stress. And achieve their goal around health, and lifestyle – and make them stick, and by so doing also helping clients to adopt habits that places them on the path to healthier future.
