Life - Wellness Coaching
Through Life Coaching and the use of different tools we empower clients to discover their potential, what is important to them and what is missing from their life. as well as life coaching sessions which focuses on helping and empowering clients to take stock of their lives, how to set realistic life and wellness goals, how to handle challenges an obstacles without losing focus on their goals, and take responsibility for health and wellbeing.
Nutrition & Health Coaching
Take the Lead also conduct individual or group coaching sessions to employees on matters relating to Nutrition, Stress Management, Mindful eating, Lifestyle diseases (how they can be prevented and or managed through diet, nutrition and exercise ).Through Nutrition and Health Coach we assist, educate, motivate and support clients to embrace healthier choices and habits around food, exercise and manage stress. And achieve their goal around health, and lifestyle – and make them stick, and by so doing also helping clients to adopt habits that places them on the path to healthier future.
Weight Management Programmes
The focus is on teaching and empowering people to make the right food choices and setting realistic weight goals for themselves, We also teach or clients how to learn to have a healthy relationship food, food journaling and tracking . This programme also include scanning and teaching clients about body composition and what to eat before, during and after exercise.
Employee Wellness and Team Building Programme
Our employee wellness programme is focused on educating, promoting and maintaining of good health rather that correction of poor health. Take the Leads Employee Wellness Programs are designed to concentrate on preventative health care rather than reactive health care that could raise health insurance costs as well as improve employee productivity, and can help reinforce employee loyalty.
Our aim is to partner with a client to create a culture of Health and Wellness within the organisation, as well as use team building events as a strategy to promote wellness in the organisation – This includes Group exercise classes – Healthy food cooking demos where everyone participate – Lunch and share! Where colleagues sit together over lunch and share their wellness goals – screening tests – departmental wellness challenges within the organisation.

The focus is to deliver speeches with the intention of motivating, inspiring and guiding the people in the audience to find purpose. People naturally tend to focus on their problems, so when we deliver a speech/talk the aim is to help the audience to focus on the many opportunities instead, to educate the audience and inspire them to take positive action.
