Take the Leads Employee Wellness Programs are designed to concentrate on preventative health care rather than reactive health care that could raise health insurance costs as well as improve employee productivity, and can help reinforce employee loyalty.
Our aim is to partner with a client to create a culture of Health and Wellness within the organisation, as well as using team building events as a strategy to promote wellness in the organisation – This includes Group exercise classes – Healthy food cooking demos where everyone participate – Lunch and share!
